Pressure washing has two parts – applying the cleaning liquids and then rinsing (pressure washing) the exterior. Time is required between the application of cleaning liquid and rinsing to allow the dirt and mold removal magic to happen.
The most important factor is house size. Small houses (1200-1500 sq foot) can be done in about 30 minutes. Larger houses can take 2-3 hours to complete.
